Returns and Refunds

VarsityPlay works with multiple sporting-goods suppliers. Unless an item is marked final sale, the terms below apply to every product we sell.

Return window
You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return for a change-of-mind (non-defective) item. Requests made more than 10 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to request a return
Contact VarsityPlay at support@varsityplay.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Do not send an item directly to a supplier unless VarsityPlay provides written instructions.

Condition requirements
An eligible item must be new, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Customized, personalized, special-order, clearance, and final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Change-of-mind returns
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 5 calendar days after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items are not subject to any fee, and VarsityPlay will provide return instructions and arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable return-shipping costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Authorized returns are inspected after receipt. If approved, the refund, less any non-refundable outbound shipping, is issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
