Returns & Refunds

VarsityPlay works with multiple suppliers to fulfill orders. Refunds are issued to you by VarsityPlay (the retailer) after we coordinate with the supplier that fulfilled your order.

How to start a return

Contact us first before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

When you contact us, include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Return eligibility (most items)

For eligible items, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags/packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please report damaged/defective/incorrect items within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Supplier-specific limitations

Some suppliers only accept returns for defects or shipping issues. Items fulfilled by certain suppliers may be final sale for change-of-mind returns (e.g., unwanted items) and may only be eligible for return/refund if defective, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered as expected.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a supplier/shipping issue confirmed by the supplier.

If a parcel is refused or undeliverable and returned to the supplier, it may be inspected upon arrival; if approved, refunds may apply to the product price only and shipping may remain non-refundable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued after the supplier confirms receipt and inspection (when applicable). Processing times can vary by supplier.
