VarsityPlay currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. Our currently configured domestic options are:

• Economy: free for orders of $50 or more; $4.90 for orders weighing up to 5 lb; or $19.90 for orders weighing more than 5 lb and up to 70 lb. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days.
• Standard: $6.90 for orders weighing up to 1 lb or $9.90 for orders weighing more than 1 lb and up to 5 lb. Estimated delivery is 3-4 business days.

Only the shipping methods available for your items and address will appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Order processing and handling time

Handling time is the time we need to prepare an order before it is handed to the carrier, and it is separate from the carrier transit time shown in the delivery estimate above. We typically need 1-3 business days to prepare an order. Items that ship directly from one of our sporting-goods suppliers may take an additional 2-5 business days to dispatch.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day. Total delivery time is the handling time plus the carrier transit time.

Fulfillment and tracking

Some products may ship directly from one of our sporting-goods suppliers. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Address changes and delivery problems

Review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@varsityplay.com or (646) 583-3953. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 calendar days after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
